Registration & Fees
Participation in both the events-the Convention and the Pre-Convention Forum-will be by invitation and registration only.
The deadline for registration for participants requiring accommodation is 15 December 2026. Participants requiring no accommodation also need to register by 30 November 2026.
Charges with accommodation cover accommodation for up to 4 nights, including breakfast, tea and lunches during the Convention days, one Convention dinner, transportation from/to the Convention venue and a Convention kit.
Charges without accommodation cover tea, breakfast and lunches during the Convention days, one Convention dinner, and a Convention kit.
